Shipping and Returns

To get straight to the point…

We ask you to cover the costs of shipping and returns yourself. Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €5.95. The exact shipping cost will be calculated in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase. For orders over €75.00, shipping costs are free within the Netherlands. Shipping

We try to hand your package to the postal service within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. The delivery time is indicative. If you need your order on a specific date, we ask that you contact us before purchasing to arrange this.

Returns

This information is intended for you as a natural person.

If an item unexpectedly does not meet your expectations, you may return it. Please do so within 14 days of receiving your package, and ensure that the items are unworn, undamaged, and have all attached labels. Send an email to customerservice@justthejacket.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm your request as soon as possible and provide you with instructions for the return.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after you have canceled the purchase. This will be done using the same payment method you used. We may wait to refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that you have sent them back. If you chose a different shipping method than our standard method, only the costs of the standard shipping method will be refunded. Shipping costs are only reimbursed if you return the entire order.
